    Item exactly as described. Fabric in excellent condition, and wrapped in plastic then boxed well. Shipping price was good for mailing a 20 yard roll of fabric. I asked the seller to send a few samples of matching fabric to consider making curtains to match the upholstery, and the seller very kindly did. Seller also kept a sample of our fabric in case we needed to buy another roll and wanted to match the dye of the fabric. 100% would purchase from the seller again.

Seller messaged me that one of the items I ordered is only coated with water resistant chemical which is not the same quality as treated instead of just coated fabric after the purchase was made. Seller does not accept returns. Some sellers offer example piece for small price. Fabric is not too thick but is not as flexible as I would like.
