I ordered a 1440p monitor as a Christmas gift. I was sent a 1080p monitor. Contacted support and they told me I would have to return the item and re-order the monitor again. When attempting to re-order, the item is out of stock. There is another listing for the same item at a higher price and support has refused to honor my original purchase price of the item. So because acer messed up my order, and their customer support refuses to make it right, I’m just screwed. Horrible experience acer.
