Great communication from the seller when a part of my order was not able to be fulfilled. My band arrived expediently and in well packaged condition. The only criticism is that leather bands are made of Alligator leather or Crocodile leather, but title conflates the two. I believe this is a Crocodile leather band, which is what I wanted, but don't be mistaken
