Branded as a sleep aid but if you use half a dose during the day it is a great mood elevator and exercise stimulant. Really worth a try. If I use a full dose at night it makes me a little groggy the next morning, so I use lighter doses for exercising and it works great. Just take it a couple of hours before exercising.

Very effective sleep aid
This product doesn’t help me fall asleep but it does help me stay asleep better than other supplements and prescription sleep meds I’ve taken. But it can leave me groggy, so I don’t suggest taking it if you need to be up early. The price is much less than you pay at GNC or other such stores.
