Had problem with this not locking in place the plate at the bottom was not long enough to let pins go thru and lock on so got in touch with them and ask if I could have them widened out locally and offered me a 50 dollar return of purchase price so took it to town and had them cut out and they charged me 55 dollars to do the job and just told them that the 50 buck they offered me in a return was good enough for me saved me the hassle of package it up and sending it back and waiting on a replace

Item was as described but box was delivered damaged. Decided to put it together to see if anything was missing. Luckily, all the parts were there with no damage. As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
