    One of the two keys sent to me did not work. The seller apologized and sent me another key to replace the bad key. Since they were unable to pay for my return shipping, they refunded the purchase price which made up for my out of pocket expense of cutting the bad key and shipping it back. I RECOMMEND THIS SELLER, BASED ON THE WAY THEY MADE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE TO MY SATISFACTION.

    I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with this key. I think there must be some confusion, because our return policy says "30 days returns. Seller pays for return shipping." If you initiate a return for a key at that low price, eBay automatically refunds your money, and you get to keep your key. If the price is higher, a return shipping label is automatically generated, which the seller pays for. There is also never a charge for replacing a defective item.
