I received the item as described and I'm really happy with it. However, I purchased it as a gift and since it is a heavy item and wasn't double packed, the original box was heavily damaged and there is a shipping label on it which isn't exactly classy. I checked the contents and nothing inside was damaged. So I just did the best I could to make it all look nice for the wedding.
