Fast ship. Circuit board described as new, and was exactly that, sealed in the original anti-static packaging. From the photos in the description, I assume it was a part purchased, but never used. I was able to purchase it at a substantially discount over regular parts suppliers, and the seller probably was able to reduce their unneeded inventory. The board works perfectly and has solved my defrost issue.
