      Worked great on a Fender Telecatser headstock!

      I used this paint to paint a Fender Telecaster headstock to match the Dark Red metallic paint that was on the guitar body. I sanded the headstock and used a tack cloth to get off any residual sanding dust and then I used Stew Mac's white vinyl sealer in one coat to seal the wood. White vinyl sealer is a must for metallic paints especially.Then I used three coats of this paint and then clear coated with three coats of Spray Max 2K clear coat. It was an amazing color match. This paint went on effortlessly. Just remember when you're using any of this stuff to put the cans in a plastic bag and let them sit in hot tap water for about ten minutes. It really helps the flow and don't forget to shake this stuff until your arms are tired and of course take your time masking. This stuff sure did the ...
