When the fig tree arrived the box was beat up from the journey but the tree was very secure and safe with dampened wrap on the roots. Exactly as described. A few more days passed and unfortunately plant ended up drying up and seller again worked with me and refunded me. I cannot say enough good things about seller who will work with you and cares well after sale. A++ seller.
