I asked the seller to hold on to the dress for an extra week while we were out of town and all of a sudden she wrote and said she had seller's remorse and decided she could "get alot more money" and would not be sending the dress at all. This is a direct violation of Ebay policies and ethically goes against everything that Ebay and vintage collecting stands for, plus is just plain greedy and untrustworthy.
