I sent a message asking nicely to package the book well. I didn’t get a response and they did the exact opposite. They threw some trash in the box and now the corners are smashed. This is the first negative feedback I’ve given.

Seems unfair I wrapped it in the fabric and used cardboard for the edge. I put it in a box not a envelope.
