The only fault was the sellers choice of carrier. They used Yodel. On the initially advised delivery date and time, Yodel could not be bothered turning up. On the next advised delivery date, they did not turn up within the two hour window, and some time after 9pm left the package beside the front door exposed to the elements without advising the occupants of delivery. The carrier gets zero out of 10.
