Given that I have paid money for something I expected to arrive on time, which courier did you use? Some of them are utterly awful and have no sense of professionalism, the amount of times I ve had couriers not ring the bell, drive off cos of the security door or made no attempt to deliver parcel. I don t blame you but I m very disappointed if my package is not with me by then end of this week I expect a full refund and I ll be not using your business again, very sorry this is unacceptable.

The item was sent fully tracked +insured with tracking no. provided. customer didnt inform me that parcel not arrived or asked to help resolve this for them. Once item posted i have to rely on various courier to deliver them as i dont deliver parcels myself. this response is very unfair and blaming me for the couriers actions is not correct or just. i have filed a claim/investigation with the courier for the missing item. I have 100% feedback, always put my customers first + resolve any issues
