Product Information

Invizimals for PSP is a creature-collecting game in the spirit of Nintendo's Pokémon franchise. The twist is that instead of looking for creatures while guiding a character across an fantasy realm, you use the included camera attachment to track and capture critters in the real world. Since these animals are invisible to the naked eye, the PSP serves as a tracking device that's used while pointing the camera towards objects in your bedroom, kitchen, and other areas. <br><br>Once you hear a signal from the handheld, you must attempt to capture the nearby animal by placing a card down on a flat surface and coaxing the animal into the card's opening. Slap your hand over the card to stun and trap the creature, which will become part of your bestiary. Captured Invizimals can be leveled up by either engaging in real-time combat with a friend's Invizimal or advancing through the game's single-player story missions. As your Invizimal levels up, it will become more powerful and gradually change its appearance.

    PSP Invizimals w/ Camera

    I bought this product for my eight year old son who likes monster and dinosaur games. I likes it's creativity utilizing the camera to make the game sort of come to life in reality. This game brings creatures to your everyday environment by looking though the camera at your coffee table and seeing one of the many creatures running around it. The challenge is to trap this creature using a special card and use it to battle with other creatures you and your friends have caught. Since certain packages like the one I purchased comes with the game and camera, it is a bonus because the camera can be used separately from the game to save pictures and possible video on your PSP. As a total package the game and camera provide hours of evolving entertainment on the PSP.

    awesome product. i recommend.

    i love this game and i would definitely recommend this to anyone. i think this is actually better than pokemon. the story is simple and the powerups as well as the leveling up is not complicated at all. it's simple and straight to the point. as soon as i got i started playing it for hours. i love how you ca interact with the creatures and the way you have to capture them are different from one another. very interactive.

    great and funny game

    Maybe is too repetitive when you play a lot of time and you need a lot of light for the camera good for kids but thr most importat thing is the camera itself
