Item is NOT brand new, is NOT unopened, is NOT undamaged, does NOT appear to be unused. There is NO original packaging, instructions, or wrapping that is even close to brand new. It does power-on, but given the false description, I have no idea how long it had been used prior to my receiving it and how much life it has left. It's an easy thing to choose the right Item Condition when creating a new listing and not mislead buyers. Pictures are from my unboxing it 5 minutes after I received it.

i also offered a refund and for a revision as soon as i got a message about it, buyer didnt give me time to respond, before leaving feedback negitive ..please all buyers just get back before leaving bad feedback ill do whatever i can to make it right.. it makes it so difficult to sell on this platform if buyers are going to just leave bad FEEDBACK without reaching out and trying to solve the issue this has happened twice now before that my feedback has been 100% for years
