Contacted the seller, got a prompt response. Just a few pictures later and they made a new piece and shipped it out. New undamaged piece arrived in just a few days. For the look and ease of setup you can not beat the cost. Will be building another sump soon for another tank. No doubt I will be back here to buy another kit. Would recommend these guys 100%

Packing material was great, so it must have been roughed up in shipping. I contacted the seller and he got back to me within 30 minutes and in short order had the replacement part shipped. The build quality is excellent and I’m excited to put this all together.
