1st off t the phone I received was NOT new by any means but I found that out later at the AT&T store. Secondly I ordered model SM-G998U1 and received SM-G998U instead. I inserted my AT&T sim card into the phone and it instantly fried the sim card. So I had to go to AT&T to get a new sim card. The manager there told me this phone was refurbished and pointed out the scratches on the corners and where someone glued a new screen on it. I traded it in on a new s23 ultra there on the spot.
