The second of the same item was not in the condition described, but the seller promptly issued a partial refund to reach a fair price for the condition of the item. It could have been damaged in shipping or packaging, but was undetectable until the item was turned on. I am very happy with the the purchases I made, and would be happy to deal with them again.
