    Great brow pen that doesn’t bleed

    The top brow companies have all released pens that are too watery and oven bleed unevenly when applied. This one doesn’t bleed at all and leaves the perfect amount of product that doesn’t wear down. I didn’t like the highlighter part because it was too frosty and somehow dried up after the first use. The color itself is a pink/peach frost and didn’t work for my medium skin-tone. The tip on the liner side is very precise so you don’t really need the highlighter for clean up and a q-tip with remover will clean up mistakes easily.
