I wanted a book to teach me how to work with foods that we eat daily. The cooking times are in Celsius not Fahrenheit. The chart is of changes is hidden in the front of the first chapter. The recipes are mostly breaded foods. My questions: how long to cook chicken, beef, fish, etc. When do you follow the set times and when not. All in all, I plan to give this cook book away.
