The item arrived more quickly than expected, in a package that ensured there would be no damage from rough handling during shipping. Unfortunately, the condition was different than expected, because the CD shrink wrap had been slit. I contacted the seller, who immediately took responsibility for the problem and gave me a refund 25% greater than what I had requested. This turned a potentially difficult experience into a pleasant one, and consequently I have made this seller a preferred vendor!
