Seller placed the item in the wrong shipping envelope. Item arrived late, seller did not cover shipping fees properly so I had to pay $9.00 to get the package. When questioned about it the seller basically said because I offered a best offer for less than the asking price, it was my responsibility. Seller was also unaware that flat rate from USPS is the same to all 50 states.
