    Gen 2 is an older version

    Generation 2 is noticeably slower than its newer options. It's a little sluggish as well as technology improves. This could be good for a kids room or a not heavily used room. Spend more money and get something with more options for high traffic areas.

    Not what I was hoping for

    It was stated this was new in a sealed box. When I received it it was not sealed and when I plugged it up it already had someone's account on it. I bought it specifically for my 4 year old to watch Disney + just to find out this specific style doesn't support Disney+

    ROKU 2nd generation stick.

    I need to rate a poor review due, to missing cable, dongle and wall jack. Also, the furnished remote controller was faulty (nonfunctional) … the stick device worked after purchasing the missing items and remote controller.
