    All-around good comms headset

    The feature that is most important to me is that the cord is sturdy with a very flexible rubber insulation. The last headset I bought from Lo****ch had a flimsy cord that got damaged far too easily. They are light and comfortable, the mic works fine. I would not recommend them for hi-fi music use, but fine for the intended use of voice communication - Zoom, Skype etc.

    poor quality build but great sound

    I gave it one star because the plug is very cheaply built. The USB connector is loose in its housing and with the lightest pull it bends the plug away from the USB connector. There is no volume control and that surprised me. Al the other headsets I have bought for teaching online came with both mute and a volume control. The sound is great, the mike is OK but the build makes it feel like it wont last at all. I am already looking for its replacement.
