    This is the second time in the last few months I have purchased on eBay at a great price only to be told that the seller can't ship the product because something is wrong with it. Clearly, the seller isn't happy with the price and will sell some other time, some other way. Ebay needs to have some type of penalty for sellers who pull this level of dishonestly. I would highly not recommend this seller for honesty reasons.
