I just purchased this toothbrush a few days ago after researching different electric toothbrushes with rechargeable batteries. WOW! I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. Cosmetically, it's a pretty toothbrush..well-designed & fancy looking. The modes are excellent. You can put it on daily clean, deep clean, sensitive or whitening mode. What a great feature to have! Another thing I love is a red light goes on if you're brushing too hard. I bought this because I tend to get plaque on my lower front teeth from drinking coffee & black tea..so this brush will definitely be helpful in cleaning up & preventing plaque buildup. I like that the toothbrush charges quickly and stays up to 10 days until it needs to be charged again. Great high-tech features, design and little added things to ... Best affordable Oral B
I think this toothbrush hits the sweet spot of cost/feature. The next tooth brush up in the Oral B professional line has blue tooth and one extra cleaning setting. the steps down don't have as many pulsations per minute. I use the different cleaning modes from time to time, but 99% of the time it's the default mode, so why pay extra for the blue tooth and extra mode? The rotating head does a great job and makes my teeth feel much cleaner than a manual brush. It's got a 30 second timer so you know when to move on to the next quarter of your cleaning routine. Very handy! You can also buy different types of heads for different modes which is great if you prefer one over the other. I love this toothbrush so much I recommended it to my family and friends! 10x better than sonic care.
Was a 10 yr. user of sonic care. but the new design sucks. the brush falls out while using. Not just one but both that we WERE using. Or should I say trying to use. Was a two had process. one hand to hold the handle the other to keep the brush in.. Called the company and even the local rep. Was pretty much told TUFF STUFF by both. Very uncareing ... just to big to care about customers. The Oro B cleans MUCH better. Will recommend to all.Was a 10 yr. user of sonic care. but the new design sucks. the brush falls out while using. Second Purchase of an Oral-B Toothbrush
This was a recent purchase to replace an older model Oral-B that finally gave up the ghost. One difference is when the battery does run down it does not really slow down the motor all that much compared to my older model. It will pretty much shut itself off fairly quickly. A full charge will take almost twelve hours from the last two charge experiences. Having a new unit with the kind of cleaning power this one has shows how worn and tired out my last one was. You can tell this model has been discontinued since there was a manufacturer coupon enclosed which expired back in 2013. It was still worth the purchase though! It was awkward for me for sure on using a manual toothbrush in between. Much improved over old Oral B model.
This Oral B replaced an old one that the battery finally died. This one spins much faster and cleans better. I've always had a plaque problem, and this brush does a great job of cleaning it off. There are many tips for addressing specific problems and 4 modes of brushing to fit your needs. The timer lets me know when to change quadrants of my mouth to give me 30 seconds per quadrant, or 45 if set on deep clean. It's a far superior product to the earlier model I owned. The only down side I've discovered is it's easy to hit the mode button inadvertently, but the brush pauses as it changes modes, so you know you've done so and can readily fix it.
