    Product is excellent! Customer Service sucks!

    I would have to say that this was one of the BEST routers I had ever purchased. It was the most reliable and had the best range/coverage. It was amazing, right up until a thunderstorm blew it up and I had to call customer service. That is the one major negative! This product is absolutely perfect if you never have to call Customer Service, and for that, I will never buy TPLink again unless it changes. Check reviews and 'Google' TPLink Customer service, you will know what I am talking about. They are based in China, and few of the employees actually speak discernable english. After about 5 days of talking with employees and sending e-mail pictures of the router, I had convinced them it was broken. They themselves admitted it was broken, and still insisted that I do a many number of ...

    LOW COST BUT EXTREMELY PERFECT SOLUTION TO LONG RANGE WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

    THIS ROUTER IS AT THE BOTTOM OF MODEL LINE, BUT I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY USED IT TO CONNECT TO A PC LOCATED 100 YARDS AWAY. THE LINE OF SITE WAS FROM INSIDE A MODULAR HOME TO AN WOOD CONSTRUCTED OFFICE LOCATED 100 YARDS AWAY, USING A 9dB HIGH GAIN ANTENNA CONNECTED TO THE PCI CARD INSTALLED IN THE OFFICE PC. THE SOFTWARE THAT CAME WITH IT IS EXTREMELY USER FRIENDLY, BUT FOR THE EXPERIENCED PRO, IT IS NOT NEEDED...THE ROUTER WORKS JUST AS WELL WITHOUT THE SOFTWARE. I RECOMMEND THIS ROUTER AS A VERY LOW COST AND AFFORDABLE LONG RANGE ROUTER.
