Item received is not what was described in photo. Photo is a heavy duty cable, cable received is thin and flimsy not as described.

Cable sent is a UL Certified power cord made by Dell, it is not a cheap flimsy cable. Customer was given a full refund, even though it was an upgrade as it was a Dell Original.
