When you shipped the package you put in signature required… Since the package is delivered while I’m working… No one there to receive the package. It was rejected, I submitted a claim redelivery & contacted the post office. Was on hold for over an hour… And I have to go pick up the package at a local USPS facility. If you’re going to ship your customers packages at least get their permission for signature or no signature as it’s very inconvenient to make a customer go pick up there package.
