Comes packaged in a soft bubble mailer with no hard protection, but the consoles arrived unscathed. The chargers included are pretty crusty but that’s fine too, i ordered a used console, so i suppose it comes with a used charger as well. The pricing is stellar, however! Used console has some cosmetic damage like scratches to the inside and top of the lid. The screen is also slightly faulty, with calibration issues

All interface functions worked perfectly. The only issue I had is that it was shipped in a bubble mailer, on an international shipment of an electronic device. Upon arrival, it would not load saves for 4th Gen Pokemon games, which is common when the WiFi board comes unseated, usually from an impact. I reseated the board, and it's working fine now. Packaging leaves room for improvement, good buy otherwise!

The console itself is in a good condition, just as it was on the pictures. When I ran into a small issue, I contacted the seller and they were eager to help me. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. I recommend getting a japanese console, because it's more affordable.
