I was delighted to find this air fryer at $50 less than a new one on Amazon. I needed to upgrade my current air fryer for two reasons: The coating has been peeling off from the insert and the basket, and the coating is not ideal for my pet parakeets. The unit came out of the box looking (and smelling!) brand-spanking new. The refurbishment is excellently done, and the unit runs like a dream. I m very pleased with it. Good As New Electronics clearly takes pride in their work!

I made boiled eggs that were perfect, fried chicken thighs with very little clean up and no extra oils, and I can't wait to cook more in it. I bought a refurbished item from this seller that listed, “in mint condition & like new.” When I received & unboxed it, I noticed a dent in the control panel that was never mentioned in the description before purchasing. I contacted the seller to resolve & they sent me a shipping label for a return. The item was packaged very well which meant it was damaged before shipment…false advertisement. Next, I had to contact eBay to reimburse me because they never did!!! Steer clear of this company!
