    Item arrived without the a/c adapter, which was stated to be included. Also the Surface was passcode locked. I contacted seller who gave me two codes which didn't work. I finally had to reset it from the boot menu. I was told they would find the charger and send it but so far have not. Not a terrible experience, but the seller could make improvements.
