The seller handled every bit of the replacement unit getting shipped. She also called me to let me know of the issue. I DID NOT have to inquire as to getting this reconciled. That is 110% excellence. Yes there was a delay due to FEDEX. Original shipped 5-20, replacement unit arrive 5-30.10days with a holiday. Kickass
