"I lovedThe Faith Clubbecause it provides hope for mothers of all backgrounds that it is indeed possible to create dialogue among us in a post-9/11 world. The book is a brilliant blueprint for creating peace among diverse people everywhere. And if there's one thing aboutThe Faith ClubI have faith in, it's that it will catch fire among women's groups and book clubs across America."-- Donna Dees-Thomases, author ofLooking for a Few Good Momsand founder of the Million Mom March, "Three mothers' engaging account of their interfaith dialogue. . . . But a deeper story is unfolding as well: Three contemporary women -- Jew, Christian, and Muslim -- search together across the divides of prejudice and fear. Their honesty becomes a path to connection; their courage leads into the ranges of the heart opened by their own religions. Working together, they each arrive where alone they could not go. Read this important book."-- Dr. William F. Vendley, Secretary General, World Conference of Religions for Peace

  • A very enlightening book

I got a different perspective on Muslims. I learned some things I didn’t know about Jews. It made me reevaluate how I about people who worship different from me.

  • thought provoking

My 80 year old mother recommended this book. I totally agree with her that it's a fascinating look at how 3 women of different faiths learned from each other by comparing what they believed-and became fast friends in the process. Not a page turner-but worth every minute.

  • Good Advicer

I bought this on the advice of a friend. It turned out to be very good advice. The book is thoughtful, and at times heartbreaking. Thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

  • WONDERFUL book

This was a VERY enlightening book about 3 women of different religions and famly backgrounds and how their friendship developed. It was VERY eye opening.
