The remote was exactly as described. I put the batteries in and it synced with my bed immediately and was able to check all functionality in a couple of minutes. The new remote came well packaged but what was just as impressive were
the step-by-step pairing instructions the seller included with the remote.
I was not able to reach the controller box that was bolted under my adjustable base bed to pair the remote and I messaged the seller. The seller promptly responded & suggested an alternate way to pair my base with the remote if a learn button was on the cord; which it was.
