    One of the most comprehensive and beefy Blu-ray sets, period!

    The films were discussed many times, I only say that now they look as great as possible (not counting recent 4K re-release with changed color correction). This Blu-ray set includes every possible production documentary which may be valuable to diehard fans. As for the package, my lot came a bit worn out (well... this was seen on photos + description) but the disks are in great condition.

    Great movie to watch !!!

    Don't get me wrong. This set is fabulous, both the Special edition and normal 10 Disc Box set are great. And being a huge Matrix fan, why did I give this set only three stars? I have the three movies individually, each with it's own bonus disc of special features. I have the Matrix revisited DVD, the feature length making of Disc. I have the Animatrix DVD, and the Enter the Matrix game. If you love the Movies, and were going to buy them anyway- You won't go wrong with this set. It offers great value for money and hours and hours of entertainment. If like me, you're a fan and have already bought them separate...Think more carefully. You have to ask yourself if you're THAT much of a fan you need a few more extras. For me, I'm happy with my individual discs. Others will see this as essential. ...

    Golden Buddha in Green Matrix is all you need to see

    This product is brilliant! If I could only own one blue ray movie it would be this collection. This movie is so legendary. I slapped my hands down on Laurence Fishbourne's shoulders at Cafe Du Monde in New orleans and called him Larry. Later I found out that he hates being called Larry. I apologize Laurence if you ever read this. He was very chill and one of the three ladies he was enjoying pastries and coffee with, read my palms. This was a sometime between 90 and 94. What an excellent actor. Buy this collection. Take a week off work and watch it all in your own personal matrix marathon. Notice how everything is green. You're in the matrix right now!     A Great Blu-Ray Package

    The special effects come alive with 1080P on my HDTV. One of the best looking trilogys ever, it looks even better than I thought it would in Hi-Def. The story is very convoluted and it isn't that great of a plot, but nobody watches the Matrix movies for the story. It's all about the special effects, and The Ultimate Matrix Blu-Ray Collection is easily one of the best Blu-rays that has been made so far. The special features are very interesting and worth a viewing as well as the Animatrix. Overall, this is a great Blu-ray package that all Blu-ray owners should have in their collection. The special effects in 1080P are just simply amazing.

    The Ultimate Matrix Collection

    This 6-disk set wasn't intended for me actually. It was a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. I thought the movie couldn't get better after seeing it on DVD. I originally had it on VHS and of course the picture quality was crap. But once it was hooked up to a 52-inch Samsung HDTV complete with Blu-Ray player, I was completely blown away. That dark over tone of the movie really came out and the special effects looked better, sharper and smoother. The bonus disk really gave a great insight into the movie complete with 2 different sets of commentary. I would highly recommend this set for any fan of the series. Even if you only like the first Matrix movie, it's still worth the price.
