    Most complete Cookbook I've owned

    My girlfriend, then wife, then ex-wife had this cookbook in the early 1980's and I found it to be the most complete of all of the 15 or so cookbooks I owned. With the illustrations and exact instructions, it made following any of the recipes easy and successful. My wife kept her copy and when I regained my passion for the culinary arts, (I used to own a restaurant) I was able to find it on EBay and purchase several copies. I gave them out to friends that attend my pot-luck parties and they were thrilled! I have since ordered a few extra copies to give to future friends. I believe this book is a must for every kitchen. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

    Totally different Cover

    The book seemed to have the recipes that I was after but I wanted to replace my old existing Good Housekeeping Illustrated book that was handed down from mom with one in better condition. When the book arrived it's cover did not look anything like the cover shown (and my existing book) but rather was mostly a blank beige covered cook book.

    Excellent Cookbook

    This cookbook actually came with its original dust jacket. It is in excellent condition, and that is saying a lot because it is over 30 years old. This cookbook was given to me over 30 years ago, and I still refer to it for the right way to prepare food. This one I gave to my 13 year old granddaughter. Her turn to learn how to prepare food the right way.

    Favorite cookbook like new

    One of my top 3 favorite cookbooks. Lost mine 2 years ago, so was so pleased to find a replacement - and one that was in much better shape than the one I had with cake batter, bbq sauce, and berry stains on. This book was actually a little better than advertised.
