    Purchased conductor plate for 2006 E350 with 722.9 transmission. Part worked EXACTLY as advertised. Followed sellers instructions and used the Bi-Directional scan tool he recommended. I had TCU codes P2716 and P2810 (Solenoid Codes) and this fixed it. The parts are not "new", they are refurbished and coded to your VIN number. Seller is prompt to answer any questions you have, by phone or text. Save yourself thousands by doing this in your driveway and save your Mercedes from the scrap yard!!!

    This is perfect for someone who is trying to DIY their transmission issues. Quentin gives amazing service before and after purchase, very quick to respond and extremely helpful. He did whatever he could to diagnose my issues (which was not the fault of the product, but my own) and was very patient with me. I've seen programming fees alone cost as much as this conductor plate, incredible value. The product is refurbished and the included instructions are great.

    use the right scan tool

    the only think you have to be aware is not all bi-directional scan tools can do the transmission adaptation needed, you have to find the right one for your specific car type, the instructions on the package said any scan tool and that's not right, the scan tool cost over a 1000.00, other than that performance as expected
