A bad =but mostly good. I would recommend this for just slicing onions but it does do more. Just not as much as the designers hoped.

This product is more useless than a pile of dung. I tried cutting potatoes, onions and cucumbers at a thickness between 6mm-9mm. The slicer may have sliced completely through 1 in 20 slices. most of the time it would stick half way through the cut or it would stick and then snap off without cutting it all. Being able to adjust slice thicknesses for the many veggies is great. We dehydrate and pressure can and thickness is very nice to control.
