Contacted them 1st date in range of expected delivery for a tracking number which they did provide. The boxes arrived last day of the range. I need to keep in mind in the future to not expect them sooner than the last expected date. These were wrapped in plastic wrap and the box on each end was damaged. I am using these for inventory to its not a big deal but I would be afraid to use the 2 damaged boxes out of 25 to ship in. Good price and decent quality so would probably buy from again.

Fine quality boxes, but the stated dimensions on the bottom of the box are not completely accurate. The 17" is spot on! The 14" is actually about 14-1/4". The 15" side is actually about 15.5". This could result in higher shipping charges, depending on the shipper and the packages destination. Shippers always round up to the next inch. The seller was nice enough to give me a 10% discount to help cover extra shipping charges.
