By far the worst customer skills of anyone on ebay. 1st it took over 5 days to actually ship the item. Then I received the incorrect item. Seller did coordinate somewhat quickly in getting the correct part in route to me. The listing says "reconditioned " it surely is not. Seller did below minimum work. Based on current condition I will still need to send this head to a machine shop. His blatant disregard for concerns and customer satisfaction is ridiculous. A "sh#@t happens" attitude.

i saw this head reconditioned and timed for an unbeatable price. i should have known it was too good to be true. the goal was get my car back together before snow. its the day before its to be here and he never shipped it. was told days after messaging everyday about it that it was sent until yesterday they admitted they messed up. was told theyd have to get money together to even refund it and still havnt sent it. this experience is enough for me to scrap the car and walk away. terrible experie

Not to good to be true at all. Since 2012 more than 400 sold. Things happen. If you can't handle a little mishap and regroup, it is not my fault. Getting irate, throwing insults and tantrums like a child, contacting repeatedly at 4am is you solution. You've been refunded, take your nasty attitude elsewhere.
