Shipping was quick, Customer service was also quick and friendly. The radio was exactly as pictured. Wonderful head unit! I had to return radio because we could not modify dash enough to accept it. I have a 2008 Nissan Quest - it does not fit. Still waiting on refund but I'm confident it will be taken care of as quickly as everything else.
