The pc was in great condition, just was missing the option. I contacted the seller and he offered me a discount or a return. I asked for a return and refund and the seller complied quickly.     Laptop arrived on schedule and was VERY well packaged in bubble wrap to prevent damage. The unit itself is in great condition -- it looks like it has had minimal use. The laptop was wiped and reset back to ready to set up, which I did with no issues.
