The packaging left something to be desired as far as protecting the products; shipped in a plastic bag and the boxes were crushed. Hopefully the cartridges themselves are not damaged. As far as I can tell without opening the inner packaging, they seem to have survived.

    Polycom 100

    Bad purchase even if free. Too many hurdles. Need power cord and plug. Need converter to convert digital signal to analog. Converter range in price of $114- $145. Power cord $45. May have to install new dedicated analog line.. Would not recommend. I spent $17 for telephone wire and 2 phone line splitters. Not worth it to return because that would be $12-14 via UPS. As such, I'm going to recycle it. Put it in the garbage. Have your suppliers tell the whole truth about getting this device to work.
