Motherboard arrived defective after I paid $45+ including shipping. Contacted seller about returning item for full refund including shipping because seller had "No Returns" in listing. Seller then tried to offer $27. Really? Seller's offer was declined. Then messaged seller letting them know the cooler and i3 4130 was the only parts worth anything and I could get those for $10-$15. At this point I'm willing to do just a $27-$30 refund and lose shipping paid to end this terrible experience.
