The packing material left alot to be desired! It was torn (have photos) and there are scratches on the keyboard where the tear was, however, to my astonishment both keyboard and track pad work ... I am not used to the track pad, so I think the glitches are my fault! Great seller. Arrived before promised. Please however for everyone out there ! Protect electronic items while shipping.... it creates a feeling of impending ....and lack of trust. I do trust the seller --- not the package !

    I'ts Great Apple Mac mini!!! Super mashine!

    Hi! This is my first desktop MAC, I very long went to this purchase and it happened! Before me is a masterpiece of engineering design: from 2011 it is compact, quiet and at the same time is not inferior to conventional laptops 2019. I passed an upgrade of RAM to 16gb and put an SSD drive and it became very fast. I reinstalled macOS and added Windows 7 via Boot Camp. I'm happy!!!)))

    Only this model has the upgraded graphics card. Important for HTPC setup!

    This is a powerful little machine. I am using it for my TV entertainment setup. I was reluctant at first to pay extra for the MacMini,2 because on paper it only looked like a minor difference in processor speed and I was planning on updating the ram anyway. The main decision to go with this one over the other options was solely about the graphics card. Even the top end "server" model has shared memory for the graphics, while this mid level one has dedicated memory for the graphics. It was a good choice. My flagship model Samsung LED TV will pick up on even the slightest variance in graphics quality and this MacMini makes it look great.

    Still Up Gradable

    Great product and takes up minimal space and works as hard as a tower computer. This on has a faster processor then the basic 2014 model at $499 and you can still add more memory. Thanks to other web sited you can upgrade the system. . No competition from Windows on the size and power or ram either. Plus Mac's last longer and are a sure bet for stability.

    Great Mac for the money. Very efficiant. Love the dedicated video memory.

    Works great out of the box. My only problem was when trying to migrate data from my Macbook to the new Mac mini. My recommendation is to boot up computer the first time without migration assistant. After its booted up into a user account, then use firewire or a wired eithernet connection, and the migration assistant to restore your data. I restored from a Time Capsule backup, which took about 1 hour. Everything else on the Mac Mini works great. It's very quick and responsive. It's much quieter and doesn't heat up like my old custom PC. Since this Mac Mini doesn't have a CD drive, I was able to share my CD/DVD drive on my Macbook when ever I need to access a CD.

    Great mini with discrete graphics for games and media!

    After this autumn Apple show' where were introduced new minis without discrete graphics I decided to buy previous generation. In a month it came by post to Russia, and was connected to Samsung LED TV via hdmi port. Here in Russia price on this model is 32990 roubles = $1050!! Great economy to buy it at Ebay! I used to play CoD4, and mini works great in this game at full presets. All films in mkv or m2ts showed without interruptions and smoothly. This is great device in a so small case!
