Ordered C.I.B. as the seller stated in sales page. Seller sent me just the cartridge and I paid full price for CIB COMPLETE IN BOX. Instead of refunding me my money and be truthful and say that the item wasn't CIB, they kept my money, and they sent me just the cartridge in hopes that i would just accept that for the same price. from a seller with 100% feedback and a member since 09 , there is a lot of incompetence and no care here ...
