    Great Product

    Like it very much. Juat like the one I received from Xfinity a while back. They don't supply you with a nice big one like this one. The new ones are very small and not easy to use.

    Much better than new gen remote

    The new Xfinity remotes are horrible. The buttons are virtually flat so you have to look at it every time you pick it up. And they are extremely hard to press. Luckily these prior generation remotes are still compatible and readily available.

    It is about time someone got it as good as a cell phone!

    My wife is not into 'technical'. She just wants it to work. She loves the "Voice" command. I like the lighted buttons. The only issue is it seems to go through batteries faster then others, thus the 4 stars.

    great remote

    if there is another remote programmed to work with the tv it will have to be unpaired before this can be paired. I called Comcast Support and procedure was pretty simple. Latest remote is model XR-15, thiis one is an XR-11 --- same features including Voice control, but I feel much easier to use.
