The mats seemed really good at first, I have had them for a week and they have marks and scuffs all over from were you put or drag your feet, it seems like they are not gonna last long since they have been nearly used and they already have marks on them. Color is darker then what the picture depicts, seller said this color is the only infinity sells for beige cars, is not bad though. I just wish the didn't scuff or deteriorate so quickly

We do our best to resolve customers concerns and issues. We shipped a brand new floor mat, we have no control over wear and tear as we do not know how the customer uses the item after installation. We did our best to resolve the issue with a refund or a new item but the customer was not interested.

Item arrived TWO days before expected date!!!!!! Item was received in new OEM state as ad described. Total excellent transaction.... Recommended seller.... Word to the wise..... In my case(2015 Enclave) I will have to spend an additional 90 dollars for programming.... No matter what the internet says,there are certain years that require dealer programming. Be aware of this when it WON'T WORK!!! Not all of You-tube video "solves" actually work. Make sure you do your research.
